So I had to google the “Air Climber” because I had no idea what it was! Personally, I don’t buy into all the “As seen on TV” and infomercial gimmicks. More often than not, the results are faked from those kinds of things, or they’re paired with a healthy diet and much wider variety of exercise. As I’ve said with everything else, you need to vary up your workouts so your body doesn’t learn to expend less energy (therefore burning less) when doing the same motions over and over again. If you find the air climber to be fun, then I say go for it! Do it a couple times a week, but no, it will not work on it’s own. You do need to pair it with other cardio exercise 5-6 days a week and a healthy diet!
