Check out the FAQ to see if any of the questions similar to this I’ve answered sound like you! I would say you either a) have hit a plateau because you lost a bunch of weight and now your body is acclimated, b) you’re at the healthy weight for your body, c) you’re eating too little calories (make sure you’re eating at least 1200, probably closer to 1500 if you’re exercising vigorously every day, or d) you’re eating too many calories/not the right foods. Diet accounts for about 70 maybe even 80% of weight loss, then the rest is exercise. You have to feed your body the right foods to keep it going. Try out a calorie counter site (myfitnesspal for example) for a week and you may be surprised to learn you’re eating too much/too little/not enough veggies, whatever. Every body is different, so sometimes you really just have to change things up to see what works best for YOU. If you’re still not seeing any success, go to your doctor and just get a physical to make absolutely sure everything is fine! I don’t think you have anything to worry about dear, you just have to have patience.
