I've lost 18 kg, doing a lot of changes in my eating habits and doing a lot workout. But now it seems i'm not losing weight anymore. I'm weeks with the same number. I do 6 meals a day, don't eat meat, try to eat my fruits and veggies, running 4 km per day... Why this is happening? I'm also worried to get my legs too much muscular because of all the running i'm doing. Any tips?
