peakappeal asked: I had the exact same proportions as the anon- 120, 5"7'- That is NOT underweight, it's on the smaller end of 'healthy'. If she wishes to get rid of some hip: more protein, fewer fats and carbs, and a decent amount of cardio (a vegetarian diet does wonders- she will need about 56 g. protein a day). it is also possible she is just a naturally hippy girl, and the dress could...
Anonymous asked: anon - you don't know anything about what her body composition is. maybe she carries her weight differently. weight is not a good determinant of fitness. regardless, she is anticipating gaining weight through lack of exercise for two months, which is why she wanted to know about getting fit again.

Anonymous asked: Hello there, to the anon that is 5'7 and weights 120, I just wanted to say that she is underweight! So I doubt there's a lot of fat like she says on her body, my advise to you is that if you can work out after surgery do exercises to tone your body not to lose weight, you need to gain a couple of pounds and muscle. and just to make clear im not trying to be rude or anything.

Anonymous asked: Hello, I am 5 foot 7 and 120 pounds. I recently bought a prom/graduation dress (YAY) and it is beautiful but it stops right below my hips. I have lots of fat on and around my hip area, so the dress accentuates how large my hip/muffin top area is. However, I am getting surgery on my shoulder tomorrow and will not be able to exercise much over the next 2 months. Tips for losing lots of weight...

arostine asked: 240 pounds isn't necessarily metabolically unhealthy, in terms of cholesterol levels and blood pressure. There might be medical reasons her doctor doesn't want her to diet if those factors are in check, since it seems like she's got some other health problems. Even if she does have cholesterol or BP issues, they might be less significant than her outstanding medical problem...
Anonymous asked: I have this really big problem that has been bothering me for a long while now. I feel as though every time I exercise I don't lose weight. It's been two weeks since I last checked my weight and my weight hasn't changed, yes I have been following my diet plan and cardio exercises. Should I be worried ? Is there something that I might be doing wrong ?
Anonymous asked: Hi! I've always been heavy/big and currently got to be around 240 pounds, I train in the gym for 8 hours a week along with various other exercises. The problem is my diet, I'm allergic to like 70% of foods which means its hard to get a good diet so my doctor gave me so many pills to take which he said may stop weightloss. I'm dying to be thin and fit in with my friends and finally...

missgabygarfunkel asked: I love this blog! I can relate to so many things! I started my diet on January 2nd and I've lost 10 pounds :D It has been difficult but sooooo worth it!
Anonymous asked: Hi! I'm asking anonymously because I'm a little embarrassed. Hope that's ok! I'm doing diet for more then 7 months. I've lost 18 kg, doing a lot of changes in my eating habits and doing a lot workout. But now it seems i'm not losing weight anymore. I'm weeks with the same number. I do 6 meals a day, don't eat meat, try to eat my fruits and veggies, running 4...

greenteapearl asked: So I've done well and lost 16 pounds! I've been eating healthy (occasionally indulging of course!), running, and doing basic exercises like squats, lunges, sit-ups, donkey-kicks (a lot of those inner thigh exercises really...), and occasional arm exercises with light weights (8-12.5 lb). I'm almost happy with my weight and size, but I really want to tone up and start doing more with...
retrospark asked: I think I've been overworking! My knees hurt and are quite stiff, especially when I go up stairs. Squats hurt, lunges hurt even more. I was wondering if there is any kind of cardio I can do that'll keep me on my weight loss regime? Pairing my knee injury with Christmas and New Years has been horrendous, I've already gained a fair amount. Thank you! <3
